We strive to make every touch with our clients a 5 star experience. Should a product arrive damaged, we will be happy to refund or remake it. We do require pictures of the product and the packaging so that we can seek reimbursement from our shipper. Pictures may be sent to help@lightboxgifts.com.
Claims for damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.
We need to know the reason for the return. We do not accept returns (unless damaged) for personalized products.
Refunds will be made once pictures of the damaged item are received or the item is returned.
