About our LightBoxes

 

LightBoxes are available in either a 6×6″ or 8×8″.  There is also an 8x4" block for some designs.  The LightBoxes are etched on one side with a 20 count string of electric lights inside.  LightBoxes that include photos are not etched.  


All lights are easily removable and replaceable. You can get them from Walmarts, JoAnn’s or Hobby Lobby to name a few places. Battery operated lights are available for an extra fee.


You may add a name/date to the bottom of the block for most designs.  The name/date will be in a different font unless you specify that you want it the same font.


A handmade bow (red is default color) tops the LightBox. We carry many different solid colors of ribbon for bows so that we can provide just the color you are looking for to top your LightBox.


Each LightBox is carefully packaged; wrapped in tissue paper then placed in a box and filled with packing peanuts to insure that it arrives to you undamaged.



Shipping times

All items ship in 10-14 days unless you pay for faster Time before Shipping.  Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail with tracking for packages weighing more than 1 pound.  Packages weighing less than 1 pound will ship by USPS First Class mail with a tracking number.

How do I add a name, date or photo?

You can add a name or date to any LightBox.  Sometimes the name and date may need to be on the opposite side from the design, but we do try to keep it on the same side as the design when possible.


Should you wish to add a picture to a design, you will need to email a high resolution jpg file to help@lightboxgifts.com  The picture will be printed on Parchment paper and inserted inside the LightBox in front of the lights.  If you want to add a picture, we suggest using battery-operated lights instead of the electric plug-in lights because the plug-in lights do generate a small amount of heat.

Can I get my own quote on a LightBox?

Yes!  Our Design Staff is happy to work with you to create exactly what you are looking for.  We will send you a mockup of your design to make sure that you are pleased before we send it out.

Do you ship International?

Yes, we do ship Internationally, but our website doesn't figure the postage for it.  So if you need an International shipment, please send an email to help@lightboxgifts.com with the item(s) you wish to purchase and we can create a custom invoice for you.

My product arrived broken, what do I need to do?

The first thing needed is pictures, of the box, the packaging and the broken pieces.  Contact us at help@lightboxgifts.com  and attach the pictures so that a claim for replacement may be made.  Without these pictures, we are unable to replace your products.
