Meet the Maker: All my life I have been making different kinds of crafts. I can knit, sew, and make several styles of jewelry. In 2014, I decided to create a complete line of vinyl products. Something for everyone, my vinyl products go from a simple cup or tumbler with a memorable or fitting saying for someone, all the way to home décor, celebrating someone's occupation or service in the military. I also do custom work.
I will be celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary in 2019. My husband, Tim, helps with my shipping and quality control when he isn't off in court somewhere. He is a private attorney and our local Magistrate Judge. We have four wonderful children; two grown daughters and two sons that are almost there. We live in a beautiful, large, old farmhouse in the rural south where we are able to hunt and fish on our property.
This laid-back atmosphere is very conducive to creativity, and it is shown in my work. Developing a passion for my vinyl products, I spend countless hours working on them, to ensure a beautiful piece of art that would look gorgeous in your home.
About Us: When I am not making new designs for my LightBoxes, I love to teach. I have taught Silhouette Classes in Mobile AL for CrazyCraftersLLC and in Pensacola FL for Silhouette Life Inspiration Box owner, Becky Dykes. I do hold classes here in TheStudio@KraftasticCreations where I have taught etching, wreath-making, Silhouette classes and more.
Most common questions:
1. Can I personalize my design?
Yes, all designs can be personalized or changed for whatever you want to say. Just add any details you want in the Notes to Seller box. Or you can always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me at 706.476.7098 and I will be happy to work out your design
2. What if I want a different color vinyl?
You can change the color of the vinyl, the color of the bow or the text to suit what you want.
3. What if I want something other than what is listed on your website?
Just drop me an email or call me and I will be happy to custom-design your LightBox!
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but my website doesn't figure it. So just drop me an email or call and I will be happy to do up a custom order which can be invoiced separately through Paypal for you. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.
5. What if I change my mind about my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel.
6. What if my item arrives broken?
All packages are insured. So if you item arrives broken, just snap some pictures of the box and the broken item, both in the box and out of the box and email them to email@example.com and I will either refund or replace your items.
